All of the P.A.R.A. documents are divided into sections below.

Safe Environment Documents

These documents are required to serve as an Athletic Director, Coach, or Assistant Coach. You must complete these forms, and undergo a criminal background check before you may work with any youth in the P.A.R.A. program. These documents are turned into your Parish Safe Environment Director. Contact your Parish for more information.
